Dr. Sharon Alicia Simmons holds a Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship and Emerging Enterprises from Syracuse University, a Juris Doctor / Masters from the University of Virginia Law School and a B.S. in Accounting from Hampton University. She is an accomplished entrepreneur in Professional Advisory, Real Estate, Retail, Technology Commercialization, Educational Services and Government Contracting. Dr. Simmons has extensive advisory experience as a national senior manager for Deloitte, where she
developed national level strategies and IRS audit resolutions for Fortune 100 Companies. She is also an
accomplished entrepreneur who is skilled at opportunity identification, exploration and exploitation.
